Jak started to tell you the answer, i'll just add a few things.

The Colors Profiles are the size of the colors gamut, sRGB is the poorest one and Adobe 1998 the widest. When you print your file you use a CMYK profile (depending your country) i personnaly use CMYK Fogra27. But always work on RGB profile (the sRGB  one) in Photoshop and convert the ...
