The focus of my work is the landscape & seascapes of Scotland, predominantly shot in black & white. Photographing often deserted stretches of coastline creates an amazing sense of peace and isolation that I try to get across in my images, with nothing but the camera and the vast endless ocean for company. I love being able to almost control the ocean through the lens, turning a choppy tide into a calm silky wash using long exposure. Seemed a long time coming but very good release. Congrats Gloom, and also to the photographers who have all done a great job I think, the quality is definitely improving.

Yep it has turned out really well in the end, a testament to the effort and imagination of the artists. A thoroughly deserved feature on Neil, such an outstanding artist and an interesting interview to boot. Delighted to get my own shot featured too, I doubted I'd be able to do much at all with the theme so to end up featured for the 3rd pack runni...

Greetings, I was invited to join slashTHREE by Cl3tuS, so here I am. Seems like a really interesting site with plenty of great artwork, hopefully I'll get involved once I have my bearings around the site. I'll have a bit of a browse now and see what's what.
