Yeah, I learned this one in Photoshop Top Secret. What the guy who made these videos did, was type the text on a black background (in white font), and drew little "drips" on the text. Make sure it looks realistic. Like with make them uneven, and make them look like they would be coming down on that point. Then he did a chrome effect on the text.

Have you guys heard of anything like this? Its a plug-in for photoshop, where it codes a website you make in photoshop, so you don't have to. Its looks really easy to use. I was just wondeirng if anybody has heard of this. I might try it out.
