its painted in painter and then photoshop for some more texture and detailing

it's because 'his' left eye is much smaller, also up a little higher than the other, and in addition to this, the shadows are really extreme, making the perspective seem a bit off with the depth/angle he MUST be at to cast such shadows.

1. the lights make the piece look extremely flat. make them cast lights all around
2. she's way too front-lit
3. add more liquid to the dragon, as if he is dripping, or a part of him is dripping. right now he looks like solid-water, and water isn't solid :p
