Second one its not bad, I dont agree with Gucken at all but its ok.
The first piece I am guessing you want serious feedback so have a sit and keep in mind this is constructive crit, although it will probably hurt

You need to work on the shading and illumination to make this really fit in, keep in mind big fire coming from bellow, no clear straight light coming from above. So with this at hand piece should be darker and main illumination its coming from the fire. Besides that the girl stock seems unfitting and unrelated to the scene.
