Hmm.. I can't really see that the concept fits with the image. It may be just me and my unability to see that connection, but I'll wait to see what others say.

As for the visual part of the image, a little less opacity and sharpness on the stars would help IMO.  Not a bad piece in total, but maybe you could have done more to it? I don't know...

I like it. Would be cool to see it with more contrast and stronger neon colors. Maybe sharpened it a bit too.
