Got a few comments about this so I wrote why in the description at dA "I sketched out a number of different eyes and thought this lazy eye look made him appear creepy" imo.

The mouth is a bit wide, in The Dark Knight his mouth is actually slit on both sides and this is one of the things from the newer Joker that I felt like carrying over, but even with this in mind it is still wide.

Thanks mate, the psds and earlier saved files are actually saved as 'youngjoker', I'm glad you brought that up since it was originally what I had in mind when sketching him out.
