I went to the Rugby League World Cup final tonight and heard the similar 'harden up' call from a guy sitting behind me to one of the players taking a bit too long to get up off the ground.

There's only one thing worse than Australia being beaten by New Zealand, and that's being there in person to listen to the Kiwi fans rub it in

You can't paint AND stay clean, they are mutually exclusive (although I seem to expect my three year old twins to manage it - go figure )

I tend not to stir the pot too much but I find that comments about their love for sheep go down a treat

...but they are very quick to point out that there are actually more sheep in Australia than in New Zealand....  yes, well that may be true but we don't, well, you know....

To be fair, congratulations to the Kiwis are in order for a good win in the Rugby League, shame about the cricket though eh boys - better luck next time
