just practice with your own style, even if you don't like it at first, keep practicing and you'll start to feel a lot better

I always find it easiest to just open photoshop,trust me it sounds stupid but usually i may be too lazy to open photoshop
Also ill go to google and look at inspirational art,helps me get the brain juices flowing =]

i agree with Harry Beast.  I go in and out of artist block every couple of weeks or even months.  Just go online to some good art sites and get inspired by others works.  If you don't know how to do something don't let that hold you back.  Go online and find a tutorial on how to do the technique you desire.  That is what I do.  I never tell myself that I can not do something when it comes to art.  And one more thing, don't give up on a piece during the early stages of it if you aren't liking it.  Usually if you keep pushing through it, it turns out looking better than you thought.
