what I want to know this technique.
how to learn this technique?
only tutorial? or community?

In Korea, design community is not developed.
so I have find foreign community but I cant.
tutorial is law quality. I want to know advance technique.

well to do what those artists do takes alot of practice to gain experience and knowing the basics which i'm sure you can find. once you learn the basics of photoshop (or whatever program you use) and some basics of art (you can find everything in english, just a matter of trying to translate it which people here are more than willing to help with) and just practicing. nothing else you can do.

hey, practice can't help you unless u have the patience and knowledge of what your doing.
try listening to music to drown out any off-topic thoughts, like what our eating or drinking.
has what i do.
bt i wouldn't try photoshop first, try using traditional media first.
