composition is key your colors are fab. but what you gotta keep in mind the most important part of art...advertisement or painting to graffiti or anyyyything is story. first question you should ask yourself is "why would i put a glowing line here..." the why is always important and the next is "what purpose is this peice going to have?" key elements in any form of design. you got the skill just practice that and your work will be outstanding

there all great just a few adjustments here and there
like choice in blending modes  and brightness and contrasts

here is what you do, you find a art work you realy love and build off that foundation
and don't stop till you got something like it or even better

these look pretty good.  you could try playing around with the brightness/contrast of the people to make them pop more.  besides the 4th one down, the gradient colors seem to be to visible over the faces of the subject.  i don't know, just a thought.  keep it up!

@: Yeah, blending is great, but! You can practice blending two different things, like BG and render, Just put up a dark or light grey colour to lighten. So, blending different images need work. rest of all, they're good. Umm.. Some text BTW?:p.. The 2nd one is great, because the render, BG blend and stand out.
