Well as it has been said, the text could be better. The color, being the same as the C4D, loses the text in the background. Perhaps trying a brighter color, something with more contrast? Bevel effects are also generally bad looking in design. I wouldn't use it unless I'm sure it will look good, or with moderation.

As for the C4D, the shape itself isn't bad - it's a bit too "complex" though and messy. The reflections are so so... I'd also try to define it better. Sometimes simplicity is the key

I have to also agree. The text is just ugly. I like the C4D though. Nice placement with it. But it lacks a huge wow factor due to it being so bland and boring.
