Here comes my new space art - Last Night in Lebensbaum. I really like it becuse, that's no photomanipulation - I did all from 0 (some people say "from scratch" ) without beautiful textures from: ~Absolut3 and *bloodyslash. Anyway I used smudge tool and other technics. I think that's first work from my new space art series - "Adventures of Major O'Connel". ![]()
Title
Hmm? Adventures of major O'Connel, so why "Last Night in Lebensbaum"? Lebensbaum is a name of galaxy where is major O'Connel. That's last day, when mayor is there, tomorrow he'll be already on Earth. So he is enjoying beautiful (?) views of Lebensbaum galaxy.

First of all, 8 planets are way to much in a piece.
3/4 is more then enough !
thereby you should make a lightsource, because there isn't really one.
And maybe a idea for you, try to smudge your nebula's to a basic shape, after that just go wild with highlights.
this looks a bit random brushing, i'm sorry.

I think there are too much planets and the black on them is too pronounced. And a last thing, look at the left of the picture, there is a cut : two different colors, do you see ?
But I stand by what I said, this is a beautiful creation.
