Are we designers weird?
IDK but sometimes, I feel like we designers or people that are involved in either type of art look different for the other human beings around the world lol
I know is part of it but, I mean like I can go by the store and I instantly recognize/identify a any person who likes theze type of shyts.
In my case.. I'm 17, and I'm actually waiting to get back to school, and is clear how others in my skull look at me cuzz I always dress on my unike style or just because I'm different than how they are lol
Does thiz things happen to you guyz too?
m Just curious to know if thiz happens to you guys too

perhaps puberty just hit you a little late =/
also 90% of the people here aren't designers
perhaps you look at things differently because of the society you choose to live in and how you choose to perceive your surroundings and based upon those you might notice/recognize/identify things that others might not

well most people i know, are just regular people, the normal guy. not some little art fag who everyone hates. other than arctic hes not a art fag but everyone hates him.

I dont think Im different.. Im a girly girl. I love going out, boyz etc. But i do think I look different to the world, I look more if you get what I mean.. When many are to busy to look at things (architecture, nature, people) I look carefully, the colors, how it looks and how light falls.. also on adverts I looks closely how they did it, like in fashion shops they often have those art-ish things hanging on the wall and I think "hey I can do that aswell"..

ye, I think most of the ppl here are not designers , they just come here for the love of art and PTS or things related to art but this doesn't mean they took art or design things as a serious way ( but I know some really does , they really look into this art thing ) .imo I know there are some difference between a normal person and a designer and one of them is, when you look at an art work, a normal person simply just say stuff around it, comment and say things which are not really dept, but in contrast to those ppl , a designer will have a different thought in their mind, they'd think " how does this part made ? which tool can I use to make this in PTS ? maybe this will look better if this text should be placed here ... etc .. " those kinds of question really come from a designer's mind.
but I agree that sometimes a designer look or do sth really weird , but this is how we call creativity
