Computer games

I really haven't gamed on the computer EVER except AOE (Age of the empires) 2 and 3...can anyone recommend some good OFFLINE computer games?  They can be online as well, but the reason I want them offline is for the day long flight from boston to hawaii in a few weeks.  So single player would be the best.

i'm not much of a pc gamer either but if you like strategy get Warcraft 3. it still fucking owns. or halo 1 +2 on the pc are good.
a pretty nice free one is trackmania (there are many different releases like sunrise, nations, united, nationsforever etc)
Bioshock is out for pc and that was a pro game 9 but you prob played it on the 360 already i think.
the GTA series.
or grab morrowind or oblivion. those two are awesome aswell.

I've played h1+h2 on orig xbox, I'll probably do those (campaign ftw)

I'll try trackmania, never heard of it.  GTA, already have, bioshock looks decent too.  I've played oblivion but got stuck and quit. big_smile Thanks lawl, got my account back btw.

Orange Box = God. Trackmania is free and really addictive, but hard as hell. Bioshock is badass and really really good, just don't get the evil ending. It's pretty lame. Oh shit, RCT1 was one of the best games ever. I still play that. The disc is sitting right next to me

Need for Speed Underground, Underground 2, Most Wanted, Carbon, and Pro Street
GTR 2
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six
Halo 1+2
F.E.A.R
Rome Total War = Lots of Mods
Medieval Total War = Lots of  Mods
Shogun Total War

Those are all the computer games I own. I recently downloaded them cause I'm getting my new pc for gaming/design (I CAN MAKE RENDERS AGAIN!).

I've been playing Rome Total War and Medieval Total War for years. The fun of those games never stop. Real Time Strategy as well as Campaign Map big_smile

well i think you might take some more lessons in reading, because this is about pc games. not console ones.
GTA4 and Halo 3 aren't out on pc yet.
