i love the idea, altho i think the seagul takes away from the pic, and the gound in front of the city should be high in contrast
Not really a fan to be honest, aside from the turtle there's some poor blending. The hot air balloon looks like it is imbedded into the mountain side, the horse thing next to it is very very bright while the balloon is very dark. The shadow on the goat/horse/w/e is huge and relatively undefined, the city is over-exposed and contrasts far too much with the mountain it's against. The sky needs to be something other than that blank white since it makes it look incomplete and kind of removes any possible light source.
It's okay, just doesn't seem finished, and even if it is 'surreal' it simply isn't coherent at this point.

couldn't have said it better work on some lighting and blending techniques your goal in Manipulations is to make it look as if that's how the picture was originally, just ask your self does that look real?

Needing more work on lighting and blending.
You need apply more realism on this pic.
That bird on the left side of the piece is killing!
