I like it. I think just the stomach looks flat.
Also, maybe it could use something besides solid black around it. Solid black makes it hard for the viewer to tell what the piece is about.

Some women really do have flat stomachs, particularly in that stretched pose - I suspect that could well represent the actual contours tongue

I know without the reference in the original photo it might be difficult, but I think it would be really cool if you could see her right elbow and arm behind the triangles where it is currently obscured - really help give that invisible woman look.  But then I guess it might get confusing if you started trying to fill out the back of the hoodie etc. as well.  Just an idea smile
