Is this magazine really good for designers who want to bring more skills and creativity to their work? I might be getting it for my b'day and wanted to know if anyone has the magazine.
http://www.computerarts.co.uk/
Computer Arts and Computer Arts Projects if you happen to see both version issues out. They both cover a large array of Photoshop creatives as well as other programs, System specified PCs for your choices, and even a CDROM that hosts free programs, brushes, royalty stocks and more information on many of the Sites that can help you up your "game" in the industry, genre and themes of the Graphic Arts. They are also affiliated with Corel Painter (X) Magazine, and Computer Art.Co.Uk's Forum is also a great place to hang out, along with Advanced Photoshop.Co.Uk. ![]()
So, to answer your question, buy it. It costs more than Advanced Photoshop magazine, because it is not an all out PHOTOSHOP directed theme. In my opinion it supercedes AP, and is a better choice.

It's pretty cool,
as for it helping in terms of creativity and whatnot, I prefer reading IDN or Territory or Wallpaper
If you want cool techniques, then CA is pretty cool, but I find they are not always the most original or most insightful magazine
