Well, I am a weird guy, to tell it right here at the beginning. The thing is, I get really easily sceptical, and I find 2 things about this overall solid piece extremely strange ..

1. The sketch has no structure, no concept and makes just no sense, it really looks like it was done afterwards. Also the facial expression of the image and the sketch are totally different.

2. The face looks so perfect, but the rest of her body is filled with mistakes and errors, why ? Look at the hands, the upper one is 'okay', but looks weird, the bottom one looks ridicoulous .. Where is the 5th finger ? I see something that might be one, but why is it so less visible, when all the others are bright as a christmas tree ? And take care, her little finger on the bottom hand is bigger as her middle finger, that hand sure doesn't look healthy.

The ear has a completely different skin tone than the one from the head connecting to it .. that's pretty weird too. The face has such a soft and dense shadowing, the rest of her doesn't.

The body pose is a bit weird. According to the direction her head looks to, the would have to stand a bit straighter. The thorax is a solid structure, you can't just form it like you want. The piece of cloth in the bottom left destroys her pose too, it just takes too much room.

Don't focus on my sceptical aspects, these are just thoughts.

Another tip I may give you, don't use a transition blur when you have a plain background, it doesn't work This image is too static to use that technique, you don't get any feeling of movement at all like this, it only hurts the eyes.

Seems to me you had to hide the elbow under that cloth because it looked wrong to you. But the anatomy of the both arms and shoulders are wrong, starting from their connection to the body. Since you had a reference for the face, I'd suggest you to find or make up a reference for the body as well. Find someone to pose in front of you, or pose into the mirror and observe carefully. It'd be a good exercise and will help you make your piece convincing.

the blur on the sides looks ok I mean I think you can remove it so the image takes a better quality other than that it looks really good, keep it up
