Well you are better then I was on that age, but that was becuase I started with tags when I was almost 16 xD..

Just keep on working and just be very harsh on yourself, only release your work when you're really happy with it. At the beginning try to copy other peoples work, look at a lot of art medias hell maybe even traditional. Always try to do new things, you only learn from mistakes. You have a long road in front of you, just use that time. And again I wish I was on the skill level on that age ;p..

age has nothing to do with it mate. we've got artists ranging from youngsters to adults.
just keep on making some nice art, progress and have fun

I started with 15, if you're dedicated enough and be some kind of addicted to art there shouldn't be any problems in the future.
