I would suggest cleaning it up a little bit, adding more detail, and then a background. Then post an update.

This was my original Idea. Iv'e got nothing to do but to work on it now - Also, i'll add a Background later, I still don't know what to put in it. Thanks. ![]()
Also, I could still use some tips on the head, I don't know what to do with that. ![]()

This topic should be in Showcase really, but no matter.
The head is fine, just neaten the whole thing up and work on the shading, get it smooth from one side to the other. The only thing I could say about the person is maybe make the pose more dynamic, it's a little stiff at the moment.

I agree with it's pose, Thanks! - Also, I was going to put this in the showcase, but I Need more help than I wanted to show it off.

Ughh, I tried to clean it up, but it's just to hard and it doesn't look good, how can I adjust the pressure sensitivity to control the opacity and thickness at the same time on my wacom tablet via photoshop?. Help?. Thanks :]

Go to the brush options and on the opacity and line windows, select pen pressure. And to clean this up, you'll need to re-do the whole thing rather than trying to neaten up the lines by adding/taking away. Make a new layer over the whole thing and make the original layer a non-obtrusive colour like light pink/blue or something and then start to re-draw the image.
