hmm not bad bit boring colourwise, needs more postwork to make them more dramatic, same can be said for all your photos

not really a fan of macro, but yeah, rules of thirds, and maybe up the contrast or something to make it pop. too much post work can be distracting and shows that you have basic skills of photoshop, not photography

There isn't actually much postwork done to these actually; I'm taking your crit, but these have only had sharpening and small exposure & colour adjustments.

The way I see it is .. if you take great photos, there would be no need for touchups.   

I don't mind the photos but do agree about the thirds rule .  Would have been nice to see the top of the stalk from the snowdrop or whatever the flower is.

I love using macro too
